CMRL GM, JGM & DGM Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
|
Post Code No. 01 - General Manager (Planning & Business Development): - Must be a graduate from a recognized University / Institute with an MBA degree with specialization in Marketing / Finance. The candidate should have minimum 20 years of postqualification experience in Business Development / Property Development in Urban Transport sector. An experience in Metro Rail projects/undertaking similar kind of large scale infrastructure development projects and managing a large portfolio of developed properties will be a desirable attribute. The responsibility of the candidate will be to manage the extensive Property Development program of CMRL, so as to maximize the non-fare revenue innovatively from property development. He will also be responsible for planning Mass Transit Infrastructure till the stage of approval cum funding. |

Post Code No. 02 - Joint General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Design)- Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Civil) graduate from a recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Possession of M.E / M.Tech degree (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferable. The candidate should have minimum post-qualification experience of 13 years for DGM and 15 years for JGM in planning and design of Viaducts, Bridges and Multi-storied Buildings. Out of 13 / 15 years of experience, minimum 08 years experience in Metro Railway projects with Design of Viaduct, Elevated Stations, Tunnels & Under Ground Stations is essential. Hands on knowledge of various computer applications, relating to the job and well versed with various design software’s would be preferred. The candidates should be familiar with the Standard Indian & Euro Codes and Practices followed in India for Buildings, Bridges, Tunnels and UG stations. |

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Unreserved & candidates falling under other catagory are required to pay a Non-refundable fee of Rs.300/- and SC/ST are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.50/- (for processing & postage charge) either in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of M/s Chennai Metro Rail Limited, payable at Chennai or may transfer the fees through electronic mode to the below mentioned account and submit the NEFT receipt/acknowledgement details in a printed copy along with the application form. - After submitting the online application form, candidates are also required to save & print the Application form generated by the system and submit the printed HARD copy of the Application form, along with prescribed application fee (DD/NEFT) supported by Resume/CV along with self-attested copies of educational qualification certificate, experience certificate, birth certificate, community certificate and affix latest passport size photo through proper channel to the following address to CMRL by post/courier on or before 24.09.2022.
